With the development of society and the progress of material civilization,people's life rhythm is accelerating more and more.Many people are difficult to support under severe life and mental pressure,which makes depression,a kind of emotional disorder,a breeding ground.At this stage,the threat of depression to healthy people cannot be underestimated.More and more lifethreatening incidents make people have to start paying attention to the once "unpopular topic" of depression.Depression is mainly characterized by a depressed mood.It is manifested by persistent depression that is difficult to resolve.Clinically,it is reflected that the mood and the situation are not consistent.suicide.Patients with depression usually have difficulty in feeling comfortable and happy in any positive environment,sometimes accompanied by a series of symptoms such as sleep disturbance,loss of appetite and limb pain.Each episode can last at least two weeks,and many will last for years,Difficult to subside.It should be noted that depression is showing a trend of becoming younger.In the case of active treatment,depression recovers well,but considering that patients must bear great pain before and after treatment and have the risk of suicide,it is very necessary to carry out active treatment as soon as possible.And patients may experience relapses after their symptoms are completely relieved.The World Health Organization recommends that the medical treatment of depression should last for at least six months after the symptoms are relieved.The repeated treatments not only cause depression to the patients themselves,but also cause great trouble to their families.For patients with early onset,psychotic symptoms or poor response to drugs,it is very likely that repeated attacks will cause more adverse consequences,so the exploration of drug treatment for patients with depression is urgent.This paper aims to analyze the difference in the number of significant electrode pairs of EEG brain electrical information in multiple frequency bands through phase synchronization analysis technology,and uses wavelet transform calculation methods to explore the differences in brain network connection functions of healthy people with depression Sex.This project is to collect EEG EEG signals of depression patients and healthy people under different emotions under the emotional Stroop psychology experimental paradigm,and then pre-process the collected original EEG signals,including removing eye signal interference and filtering In addition to unnecessary waveforms,segmentation,baseline correction,downsampling rate,etc.,and import the preprocessed EEG signals into MATLAB's EEGLAB toolkit to calculate its PSI index,based on the PSI index,we did Two-sample T-test and single-sample T-test to find electrode pairs with significant differences,and for the significant electrodes of depression patients and healthy people in different emotional states in various frequency bands(Delta,Theta,Alpha,Beta four bands)Perform a difference analysis,and compare the resulting brain networks of different frequency bands in various emotional states between the depressed patients and healthy people to explore the differences in the number of connections,the strength of the connections,and the location of the brain regions between the depressed patients and healthy people To explore the differences in cognitive ability and functional memory between depressed patients and healthy controls.This study can have a more objective and rational prediction in the analysis of the scientific nature of depression and the treatment of antidepressant drugs.It has important application value in the future development of diagnosis and treatment of depression,and may be extended to other mental diseases Related applications and basic research.
