At present, the research of complex Network is more and more. And ComplexNetwork has the unique research way, moreover, it is still in contact with all fields oflearning.In research of the brain cranial nerve, the author find that Complex Networktheory as well as the correlation research is a great help to the research of brain cranialnerve. So the thesis researches the synchronization issues of the brain cranial nerve throughanalysis of application Complex Network. At present, there are two ways of the phasesynchronous analysis. That is Hilbert phase synchronous and wavelet transform phasesynchronous. Based on Hilbert phase synchronous analysis, the author put forward the αwave、β wave、δ wave、and θ wave of the brain cranial nerve. And the author built ComplexNetwork with the relevant data and, moreover, from the building of Complex Network theauthor works out the average degree、the clustering coefficient and the average length andso on. And on this basis the author analyses the brain cranial nerve with these data. Theseanalytical data were deriyed from the acupuncture of those tested EEG.The research idea of this thesis is that: Firstly, the author chose the right Networknodes to build Complex Network. The thesis uses64electrodes which are in the electrodecaps of the data acquisition of those tested for the Network nodes, and, it builds rightnetwork. What is more, the author processes these data in off-line analysis, then analysesthe signal from Hilbert phase synchronous. From the operation processing of phasesynchronization index and the proper adjustment of the threshold, the author can gets thematrix to build Complex Network. At last, the author calculates the average degree, theclustering coefficient and the average length of the building complex network. It to notehere is that Hilbert Transformation and phase synchronization index are very important tothe research.The analysis result indicates that α wave、β wave、δ wave、and θ wave can set brain inaction and that the δ wave effect is the strongest. From these researches, we can get betterresponse by acupuncture treatment. And, the analysis indicates that α wave、β wave、δwave、and θ wave set the front of the brain in obvious action. Then, combining the specificnumerical of average length, the clustering coefficient and the average of the Complexbrain cranial nerve network, and analyzing these numerical, it can get the result that the part which α wave、β wave、δ wave、and θ wave play in the brain cranial nerve network. Theresult is reflected by experimental data.
