| In the era of knowledge economy,the competition between enterprises from the past competitive resources to today’s scientific and technological innovation competition.In such a competitive environment,enterprises must improve their core competitiveness and patent technology investment in order to survive.However,domestic enterprises have different understanding of the capitalization of patents,especially their cognition of the relevant laws and regulations such as the registration and establishment of the right to determine the capitalization of patents is not in place,which leads to operational difficulties in the objective reality.In addition,in the process of restricting the right of patent assignment and licensing,the legal provisions are still unreasonable,and there are still some problems with the value evaluation system of patent right,thus bringing various obstacles to the capitalization of enterprise patents.The stable and sustainable development of enterprises is related to the sustainable and healthy development of the economy in the future,but the financing difficulty has become the bottleneck of enterprise development.The purpose of this paper is to explore a feasible solution for enterprise patent capitalization by combing the ways and methods of patent capitalization and its business process,and through the modern means of intelligent contract.This paper explained the technology and application of intelligent contract status,at the same time,using theoretical analysis method,literature research,comparative research and empirical analysis research methods mainly expounds the patent capitalization management information system construction and realization of intelligent contract of patent capitalization problems,patent capitalization algorithm and security of smart contracts,etc.,finally combining with case analysis at home and abroad this paper puts forward the basic idea of patent capitalization solution and the suggestion. |
