With my country's increasing emphasis on the development of cultural industries and the introduction of "Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Cultural Relics Units",cultural relics units have actively responded and quickly invested in the development of cultural and creative products.The participation of libraries in the development of cultural and creative industries is an important measure for the transformation of China's cultural industry."Xiangtan County" is a library resource and a provider of cultural and creative industries.However,due to the lack of cultural and creative product development experience,its cultural and creative development,protection and utilization exist.Various obstacles.In order to promote the better development of cultural resources protection and utilization of collection resources,based on the SWOT analysis method for the protection and utilization of "Xiangtan County Records",this article puts in-depth analysis and interpretation of collection resources from the perspective of cultural and creative development.At the same time,drawing on the concentric circle theory of collection resources and cultural creativity,it not only thinks about the protection and utilization of collection resources from a macro perspective,but also puts forward a specific development plan for cultural and creative development concerning the protection and utilization of "Xiangtan County Records" from a micro perspective.The protection and utilization of collection resources such as "Xiangtan County Records" open up new market space and provide theoretical resources and sample references.To this end,this study investigates the current status of theoretical and practical research on the development of cultural and creative development of domestic collection resources through literature survey methods,and summarizes and analyzes the research on the conceptual connotation,development opportunities and obstacles of the library's cultural and creative industry in my country.In order to confirm the rationality and necessity of the library's development of cultural and creative development,the research explains the position of cultural and creative development in the library based on the "concentric circle" theory,explains the role of the library in the "creative thinking" link,and provides resources for the collection The "Xiangtan County Chronicle" provides a theoretical basis for the development of cultural creation.Secondly,use SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of "Xiangtan County" participating in cultural and creative development,and according to the analysis results,give full play to the internal advantages of "Xiangtan County" to seize external opportunities,while focusing on its own disadvantages and External challenges propose targeted optimization strategies.Finally,drawing on the experience of cultural and creative protection and utilization at home and abroad,formulate the design of related cultural and creative products in "Xiangtan County",so as to make the feasibility of highlighting the collection resources participate in the development of cultural and creative,and contribute to the development of my country's traditional culture.
