Three-dimensional printing technology is different from traditional cutting manufacturing technology.It is a printing technology that needs no mechanical processing or use of dies,and will be shaped by means of 3D model design software.This paper presents a 3D printer control system based on Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM).Based on PC + Android module + ARM,the hardware circuit of the control system is designed,and the functions of each hardware module are introduced in detail.Among them,the main function modules include temperature control module using PID control algorithm to real-time control the temperature of printer nozzle;motor control module according to the processing process of printing model data,design the optimal scheme of printing speed curve,use Bresenham algorithm to complete the accurate control of stepping motor;human-computer interaction module,based on Android,designs a person.Computer interaction mainly includes the local end and the remote end.Two communication protocols are defined between the microprocessor and the local end,and between the local end and the remote end.In the design of printing curve of 3D printer,Hilbert curve is introduced,and Hamilton loop optimization algorithm is used to solve the intersection point of Hilbert curve of model contour by grid method.The model printing path is scanned in all directions.At the same time,the optimal planning of printing model path is realized by combining Hilbert curve and weighted Hamilton loop minimization algorithm.Finally,the hardware and software design of the 3D printer control system is completed,and the actual model printing test is carried out at the same time.In order to ensure the stable operation of the system under the condition of correct design.The experimental results show that the proposed FDM-based 3D control system has good roughness,detail representation ability and dimensional accuracy,and the printing effect of three-dimensional model is good.
