Impact Of RFID Technology On Supply Chain Performance And Research Of RFID Technology Adoption Intention

With the deepening of global economic integration, supply chain management beganto extend to the whole world with the operating cycle longer, management business morecomplex, but it also greatly increases the risk of supply chain management. At the sametime, acceleration of technological innovation, reduction of product life cycles andincreasingly urgent of production delivery time also provides new challenges to the rapidreaction capability of the supply chain. However, unknown information, lag and distortionproblems have being in the supply chain management for a long time, and greatly reducethe effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain management. RFID (radio frequencyidentification) technology provides new means of settlement and ideas for these problems.Taking Things RFID applications in the supply chain as the research object, this studytake a detailed analysis of the impact of the supply chain under different scenarios of RFIDtechnology on supply chain performance, and identify appropriate scenarios to adopt RFIDtechnology.Based on it, this study study of factors affecting the supply chain adoption ofRFID technology intentions, and make specific factors analysis.The main research achievements are as following:1) In this paper, we review the application of RFID technique from the followingaspects: the adoption of RFID technology, RFID technology valuation, privacy andsecurity of RFID technology. Then, we put forward logical re lationships of the applicationof RFID technology of China and foreign countries, and analyze limitations of existingresearch. Finally, we show the trend of application research of RFID technology in thefuture.2) Study on impact of the introduction of RFID technology on supply chainperformance. The introduction of RFID technology will reduce supply chain inventoryinaccuracies, based on inventory inaccuracy perspective, RFID technology research thingsaffect the supply chain supply chain inventory inaccuracy under different scenarios,thereby affecting supply chain.3) Through the improved UTAUT model and empirical research method, Study on the impact factors of RFID adoption intention on supply chain enterprise andsystem analysis is analyzed.The research of this paper has a certain practical significance to supply chainenterprise RFID technology adoption.
