Since the 21 st century,more and more Chinese private enterprises involved into global market,but most Chinese private enterprises do not have a clear internationalization strategy.With the advent of the highly integrated global economy and the era of knowledge economy,the traditional export trade mode is not enough to support Chinese enterprises to deal with international market competition.Internationalization strategy has become an important research topic for Chinese private enterprises.Based on classic strategic management theories and tools,this paper take Fan Display company as the research object to study the current internationalization path and solutions of small private enterprises.The paper uses classic strategic management theory and internationalization theory as the theoretical framework and basis.By using EFE and IFE internal and external environmental factor analysis matrix,it sorts out the challenges,threats and lack of capabilities the company facing,and uses SWOT and QSPM matrix tools to match out The best internationalization strategy plan,to find out the correct international expansion mode for the company.Through deeper research,the paper found that the deepening of transformation and development has intensified the competition faced by enterprises,and deepened the impact on the internationalization of enterprises.But looking at the history of internationalization,the success of internationalization more determines by the company's internal resources and capabilities.Formulating appropriate internationalization strategies and models,accurately grasping the advantages of own resources and capabilities,and improving shortcomings are the key elements that determine the success of the international development of a company.Through the research,it is concluded that the Fan Display company should,on the basis of adhering to the cost-leading enterprise operation strategy,adopt a strategic plan for the internationalization of production assets,accelerate the deepening of the global market layout,seek long-term market advantages,and explore the path to achieve the strategy.Through this research,the thesis systematically sorted out the company's internal resource capabilities and deficiencies,formulated a clear internationalization strategy plan and implementation control plan for Fan Display company,and laid a solid foundation for the company's transformation from a "trade-oriented" to a "Operating-oriented".This article also discusses the current new international situation in a theoretical sense,and provides research examples and methods for other small private enterprises to formulate internationalization routes.
