Research On 5G Competition And Cooperation Strategy In China Based On Patent Analysis

At present,5G is in a critical period of commercial deployment in the world.5G is continuing to maintain its unique civilian and popular advantages,and it may become the primary choice for future telecom users and strategic competition highland between various national communication enterprises.Taking the above background as an entry point,after reading a large number of related literature,this paper intends to adopt the patent analysis method to conduct a systematic study on the global 5G patent literature in the past decade.On the premise of analyzing the global 5G patent,it makes targeted suggestions on the national and enterprise level for the competition and cooperation strategy of China's 5G development path from the perspective of patent.Firstly,inco Pat is selected as the patent retrieval database,global patent data about5 G is selected as the analysis object,with the help of Excel,python,SPSS,Ucinet,Netdraw and other tools,and the specific means such as generic analysis,patent citation analysis and social network visualization analysis are used to analyze and explore from the perspective of the country and the applicant in turn.According to the development status of 5G in various countries and the development status of high-yield R & D applicants in the world,this paper puts forward the competition and cooperation strategies at the national and enterprise levels for the future development of 5G in China.In view of the analysis from the national perspective,through the analysis of technology maturity,global distribution characteristics and technology status,this paper scientifically analyzes the development trend and development stage of 5G as well as the global R & D strength,and identifies the basic technology and core technology in the field of 5g technology;In view of the analysis of high-yield R & D applicants,this paper conducts targeted analysis and research from three aspects of R & D strength,strategicgroup division and technology layout,scientifically and systematically identifies the possible threats and potential partners on China's 5G road,and finds out China's international status and core competitiveness in the field of 5G.Through a series of analysis,it is found that 5g mobile communication technology has entered the peak of application in 2015 and is in the period of technology maturity;most of the patents are concentrated in China,the United States and South Korea,and Samsung Group in South Korea has become the enterprise with the largest number of related patent applications.However,China's major communication enterprises and many American and South Korean enterprises are distributed in different patent strategic groups,which can further strengthen the cooperation between enterprises To seek for technological breakthrough and the layout and development of patent strategy.
