Photoelectric equipment is widely used in the field of modern range tracking and measurement,and plays an important role in missile trajectory test and attitude measurement.The assessment of the health status of the photoelectric equipment is an important means to ensure its operation safety and reliability,as well as an important basis for operation,overhaul and maintenance.According to the current research,due to its strong pertinence and specialty,there are few relative researches on the state assessment technology and methods applied in the photoelectric equipment,and the accuracy of the overall assessment needs to be improved.There are two reasons for this.On the one hand,it is difficult to construct a comprehensive data analysis and evaluation model due to the multiple types and large data of the state parameters of the photoelectric equipment.On the other hand,the stability and reliability of online monitoring data are often affected by sensors,device anomalies,environmental changes and other factors.If only the traditional state threshold method is adopted,the health state cannot be quantified reasonably,and the abnormal state of the equipment is difficult to be found accurately and timely.In view of the above requirements,this paper analyzes the current research status and problems of this kind of objects in health assessment based on the characteristics of large photoelectric equipment such as complex structure,complex fault propagation path and unknown diffusion speed.And combined with the actual requirements of operation and maintenance of a large optoelectronic equipment,a health evaluation method of optoelectronic equipment was designed and realized on the software platform.The work of the paper is as follows:1.According to the health condition management requirements of optoelectronic equipment,the characteristics and health evaluation status of optoelectronic equipment are summarized,and the test requirements and health evaluation status related to the operation process are analyzed.In this paper,the structural composition of the existing photoelectric equipment and the problems affecting its safe and reliable operation are analyzed in depth,and the scientific problems of realizing the health evaluation of the photoelectric equipment are concentrated,and the technical route is proposed based on those.2.According to the functional structure of optoelectronic equipment,the health evaluation index system of optoelectronic equipment is established by analyzing the scientific rules of fault characteristics and degradation characteristics of key components of optoelectronic equipment in time dimension and space dimension.On this basis,a health assessment model of optoelectronic equipment is established.Firstly classify the health status;secondly,establish the corresponding relationship between the assessment index and the health status level and use the AHP method to obtain the weight of each index in the assessment system;and then propose a comprehensive evaluation model of photoelectric key equipment based on the degree of degradation and obtain the health assessment results of each project layer;Finally,the reliability of the large-scale optoelectronic equipment is used as the verification object in combination with the health assessment indicators of the optoelectronic equipment.3.According to the actual situation of photoelectric equipment and health assessment status,determine the system requirements and complete the system design and implementation.Firstly,the overall design of the system architecture is carried out.Secondly,the database and system functions are designed in detail,and the functions,operation flow and technical means of each functional module are defined.Finally,according to the system requirements,overall design,detailed design,complete the construction of photoelectric equipment health state assessment system,realize and verify the evaluation function of the system,so as to form a complete photoelectric equipment health state assessment system based on B/S architecture.To sum up,through the research and system implementation of the health state assessment of large and complex optoelectronic equipment,the effective health assessment method of optoelectronic equipment is put forward,and the corresponding health management platform is established,which provides a design idea and implementation method for the health management and maintenance of optoelectronic equipment.
