Wireless sensor networks(wireless sensor networks,WSNs)have the advantages of network self-organization and large-scale networking in measurement.They are widely used in signal measurement of various devices;mechanical vibration wireless sensor networks can make up for the difficulty of traditional wired measurement Disadvantages of mobile rotating equipment and closed space applications.At present,most mechanical vibration wireless sensor network systems have the problem of a single software and hardware design mode,which results in large node power consumption,slow transmission speed and short transmission distance.The problem of being susceptible to environmental interference causes frequent data packet loss and unreliable transmission.In view of the above problems,this paper has conducted a systematic study on the mechanical vibration wireless sensor network around the multimode multiplexing design pattern and reliable data transmission method.Aiming at the single problem of the hardware and software design mode of the mechanical vibration wireless sensor network system,the hardware design of the node is carried out from the aspects of module reuse and circuit reuse.In terms of module reuse,after completing the front end of the acquisition node,a Zigbee module based on the IEEE802.15.1 protocol and a Wi Fi module based on the IEEE802.15 protocol are designed.The two modules share the front end of the acquisition node;in terms of circuit reuse,After the outer layer circuit is completed,the inner layer circuits of the Zigbee module and the Wi Fi module are designed separately,and the two inner layer circuits share the outer layer circuit.According to the requirements of network formation and data forwarding,on the basis of module multiplexing and circuit multiplexing,the routing and gateway node networking method is designed using the dual-mode companion form.Aiming at the problem that some mechanical vibration wireless sensor networks are susceptible to environmental interference during data transmission,researches were conducted on front-end acquisition and transmission,high-reliability transmission protocols,and synchronous triggering.In the front-end collection part,the vibration data is converted by a high-precision digital-to-analog converter.The double buffer cache mechanism is used to ensure that the data does not overflow under small memory.The block transmission under big data is used to solve the problems of data jams and frequent packet loss.Reliable transmission protocol part,through software upstream and downstream parameter configuration,control commands,control feedback,vibration data transmission and state feedback protocol packaging analysis method design,to ensure reliable data transmission.In terms of synchronous triggering,in order to solve the problem of synchronous trigger collection caused by path or hardware differences,based on a reliable transmission protocol,a multi-source path-aware synchronous triggering method is used.First,the path time is determined by path awareness,then the maximum difference time compensation is performed,and finally Obtain the appropriate number of tests calculated based on the system's fundamental frequency synchronization time.Based on the analysis of the system software design architecture and process,multi-source node number matching mechanism and small memory sub-real-time monitoring,the system monitoring software design was carried out based on the QT architecture,the system functions were completed,and the data transmission was accurate for the system functions Test of reliability,data transmission reliability,single-hop transmission distance and synchronous trigger compensation time under occlusion Under the condition that the test is completed,the entire system is applied to a comprehensive test bench for power transmission fault diagnosis to verify the availability of the system.Finally,the research work and innovations of this article are summarized,and the next research direction is discussed.
