With the continuous progress of information dissemination methods, digital museums,as an important medium for promoting and protecting traditional cultural heritage, are an important display platform for future cultural information.Although it has many advantages such as flexibility in information dissemination, the development of digital museums also faces many challenges such as lack of cultural information and user experience. The further development of digital museums in the future not only needs to consider the user-centered construction problem, but also the validity of cultural information dissemination. Therefore, the establishment of a reasonable and perfect user experience evaluation system is an important direction for the future research of digital museums. This paper studies the user experience and design strategies of digital museums. The main research contents are as follows:The information dissemination methods of the digital museum are analyzed based on the theory of information dissemination,it show that the main problems existing in the digital museum is the lack of a relevant evaluation system with considering information dissemination. The encoding and decoding theory is introduced to introduction of the,and analyzed the encoding mechanism and decoding in the encoding and decoding theory. The user experience evaluation indicators of digital museums are selected in combination with user interviews and related theories of digital museums.Based on the evaluation indicators of digital museums,an analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method are used to construct a user experience evaluation model of digital museums, and the weights of index are obtained. The user experiment test of three typical digital museums are conduct to verify the evaluation model and the actual weights of indicators are calculated. The experimental results show that the digital museum evaluation model constructed based on coding and decoding theory can effectively evaluate the user experience level of digit.
