Research On The New Document Information Service Model Of Smart Library

Library's document information service has a long history.With the development of Internet,great changes have taken place in the information environment of library.With the rapid development and popularization of the new generation of information technologies such as the Internet of things,artificial intelligence and big data,libraries are also deeply affected by the changes,and actively seek innovative development.Papers in the field of library literature information service,on the basis of research for nearly 10 years of a large number of literature,especially combined with the related theory and practice research of smart library,via the investigation and interviews,the integrated use of a variety of social science research methods,research the smart library document information service under the background of the new library users demand,and to the user demand as the guidance,combing wisdom library information service under the background of the new literature.The main research contents of this paper include :(1)the introduction clarifies the research background and significance,and summarizes the research situation of domestic and foreign library literature information service,and expounds the main research problems,research contents and related research methods,ideas and innovation points.(2)the second chapter sorts out the contents directly related to the literature information service research in the theoretical and practical research of smart library,including sorting out the development context,status,especially the concepts,core elements and key technologies,so as to clarify the basic characteristics of the new literature information service.(3)the third chapter finds out the problems in practice by investigating the types and development of library document information services.(4)the fourth chapter mainly tell the smart library users demand new research direction such as the academic demand increase,look forward to the accurate service,active service,and for the user and the user needs to carry on the fine management,that is,users for read,research,management and decision-making need different but accurate service due to their different demands in daily operation,management,decision-making and social influence.(5)the fifth chapter tells three different types of new service which are based on artificial intelligence,big data and augmented reality,and it also expounds the different new typical cases,such as Beijing university library academic evaluation and decision analysis,zhejiang university library information service,supported by the literature metadata of chongqing university library,and so on,further show new characteristic and advantage of document information service in actual,provides the concrete can draw lessons from experience.(6)chapter 6 proposes the concept and strategy of the construction of new document information service under the background of smart library,and forecasts its future development.Throughout the world,universities and university libraries have always attached great importance to wisdom,and wisdom and service complement each other.Therefore,this paper studies the new document information service under the background of the construction of university intelligent library,so as to promote the construction of intelligent library and promote the transformation and upgrading of library in the core competitiveness of document information service.
