Hand following eye movement is the main form of improving the hand-eye coordination of patients in upper limb motor function rehabilitation.However,currently rehabilitation robots complete upper limb rehabilitation training in a fixed mode,it cannot meet the rehabilitation requirements of hand-eye coordination.Designing a visual fixation target positioning device can help patients to perform rehabilitation training of hand-to-eye movement.It can effectively improve the hand-eye coordination ability of patients,and has important research significance and application value.This article aims at the visual cognition of patients during the rehabilitation of motor function.This article designs a visual fixation target positioning device that can be applied to rehabilitation application scenarios.The main purpose is to improve hand-eye coordination.Through in-depth analysis of the current research status at home and abroad and research on the current mainstream products in the market.This paper finds that the current visual gaze detection device has a complicated structure and is expensive.The device designed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.This topic mainly includes scheme design,visual target positioning,gaze direction detection,system integration,and the specific content includes:1.Device scheme design: This article designs rehabilitation application scenarios for upper limb motor function rehabilitation as an entry point;sets functional goals for the rehabilitation process of hand-to-eye movement;sets the technical indicators of the device by investigating the physiological basis and existing technology;The above steps complete the scheme design of the device.2.Position information detection function design: For portable and offline real-time spatial positioning needs,the appropriate camera Open MV is selected;Based on the investigation and analysis of visual positioning,this article uses a combination of monocular vision and tag recognition to obtain camera image information and photosensitive element parameters;then extracts edge features to obtain the translation and rotation of the target;through data processing,the device obtains Spatial information;finally,the device passed the test verification and realized the real-time spatial location information acquisition.3.Design of gaze direction detection function: Aiming at the gaze direction detection requirements,we designed and completed the detection experiment of the relationship between head rotation and gaze direction;through the obtained head rotation angle data,the mapping relationship between the head and gaze direction was analyzed and established a method for detecting gaze direction with simple structure and low cost was designed.Through the processing of experimental data,the effects of initial gaze direction,target interference,etc.,that may exist in the gaze process were discussed and analyzed.Based on the mapping relationship,data discussion and analysis obtained by experiment,combined with the angle detection module of MPU6050,this article uses programming to realize the function of judging the user status and detecting the gaze direction angle in real time.4.System integration design: According to the device design of this article,based on the requirements of the technical indicators,the target positioning module,the visual fixation module and the main processor are established in real time using serial port and IIC communication,and the fusion of the fixation direction and the target spatial position information is realized Utilizing SD card and FATFS file management system to establish storage module to realize real-time data storage;designing upper computer program through MATLAB GUI,real-time uploading,monitoring and observing data;designing wearable appearance,making the device system complete.On the basis of completing the technical solution of the entire visual fixation target positioning device and the implementation of software and hardware technologies,the system's functional modules are tested according to the set technical parameters.The function module works normally,and the design requirements of the visual fixation target positioning device are well completed.
