Construction Of University Ornamental Plant Configuration Application Database

Plant planting design is an important part of garden planning and design.A good plant landscape is closely related to plant species composition,community structure,configuration and plant growth status.Using the modular design concept of digital landscape,studying the completed plant landscape unit,and establishing an ornamental plant configuration application database,it will promote the efficiency and practicality of garden design and management.The university campus has rich plant landscape resources,and the planned new campus provides a lot of landscape materials for planting design.This paper takes the plant landscape of Kaiyuan Campus of Henan University of Science and Technology as the main research object,deeply studies the high-quality landscape units that have been formed,and builds a plant application system that can be stored and queried.First,based on the overall campus planning,the plant landscape units in 8 areas were classified and investigated,and 55 samples and 168 sample points with good growth status and high ornamental value were selected to obtain plant landscape units;second,the composition was collected The basic information of 160 individual plants in the landscape unit and the detailed information of 168 plant landscape units are used for long-term fixed-point photographing and recording of variables such as ornamental characteristics and seasonal characteristics that affect the landscape effect,regular data compilation,and drawing each landscape unit The plan view and cross-sectional view form the vectorized information;again,using the Excel software in the Microsoft Office component,relying on the B / S architecture as the technology to achieve the modular management of the plant landscape unit,complete the types of single plants and plant landscape units Inquiry and retrieval of composition,spatial structure,and configuration methods form links between unit real cases and design drawings,and establish data systems that can be entered,updated,and queried.The system mainly serves teachers and students in the gardening profession,relevant practitioners,and plant enthusiasts.It provides a large number of basic information on the individual and community of plants,enriches the case materials of plant landscaping,and further promotes the digitization of relevant information on plant configuration applications.
