With the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic fiber and cable industry,the profit of enterprises drops and the technical barriers are gradually broken down.The current market competition has changed from the original single factor competition of technology or quality to the multi-factor competition of technology,quality,cost,delivery,service,and other factors,especially the competition of price and cost which has become the core.Based on the above background,Roman Thyssen Company should apply scientific management methods and means to design an optimized procurement management scheme for its non-productive materials,in order to effectively improve the company's procurement management level,to reduce the cost of purchasing non-productive materials,and to obtain sustainable market competitiveness.According to the actual background of Roman Thyssen Company,this thesis carries out special research on the optimization of the company's non-productive material procurement management.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of the company's organization structure,process design,purchasing business characteristics,internal control,supplier management,and other factors,and deeply analyzed the key problems and reasons that restrict the development of the company's non-productive materials procurement management.And then,through promoting the centralized procurement and management of non-productive materials,improving the procurement process of non-productive materials,establishing a systematic supplier management system and elimination mechanism,and strengthening the internal control and supervision of non-productive materials procurement,the optimization scheme is designed.On this basis,the thesis analyzes and provides solutions to the key problems in the implementation of the scheme,such as strengthening the cost consciousness of purchasing personnel and managers of Roman Thyssen Company,optimizing and conforming the purchasing process,participation and support of leaders,active cooperation of suppliers,and support of information tools,so as to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme.Through the design and implementation of the optimized scheme,it is beneficial to standardize the supplier management system of non-productive materials purchase,form a good supply-demand balance mechanism,improve the procurement efficiency,reduce the procurement cost and management cost.
