| With the development of the regional economy as well as the practice of provincial TV itself breakthrough, China has become China’s provincial TV community television industry’s most innovative capacity-building component.In this paper,through a case study of Hunan Satellite TV to the field of strategic management research"dynamic capabilities"as the research focus to analyze the complicated provincial TV competition behind most core competition elements and essay ideas.In this paper,the classical model of dynamic capability management--Perception(sensing),capture(seizing)and transformation(transforming) the logical starting point for the analysis to Hunan Satellite TV in the past year of the revision of the dynamic management of the main analysis sample, summed provincial TV dynamic capability model,and the model specific analysis, analysis of its mechanism of action. |
