With the improvement of people's living standard and social culture level in recent years,tourism has gradually become one of the people's main recreational activities.The rapid growth of the tourist's number in each big scenic spots and the improvement of visitor's quality requirement on tourism,especially the spring up of the self-help tourism and the growth in the number of free walkers.Now the traditional management and service style of scenic spot has been difficult to meet people's needs.By analyzing the current development situation of mobile phone self-help tourism application system and combined with the tourist's personalized requirement.To provides real-time information query,access to information,tour route recommendation,attractions audio commentary,route planning and other services for tourists,designed and implemented a scenic spot self-help tourism system based on android.This system uses three tier architecture(presentation layer,business logic layer,data access layer)and mainly includes five modules.Firstly,map application module.It uses the interface provided by Baidu map to achieve the route planning between any two attractions within the scenic on the mobile client.Secondly,personalized tour route recommendation module.According to the tourists' set up of preference,the server recommends personalized travel path for visitors in the principle of the shortest distance or the largest number of scenic spots.Thirdly,data management module.Administrators can manage the scenic spots,scenic assets and other related data on the client side.Fourthly,information service module.Visitors can use mobile devices to view the hot news of the scenic spots,and upload their own evaluation of the attractions.Finally,information release module.To crawl hot news and other information from the web page by writing program on the server side,then push the information which was classified by the KNN text classification algorithm to the client side.This paper describes the design and realization of the system in detail.According to the requirements of the development of each design stage and the internal structure of procedure,i carefully designed test cases for functional testing of the system and assess the system performance with the help of Android automated testing tool.The test results show that the system can provide personalized self-help tourism service for tourists.
