As an emerging high-tech technology in the 21st century,infrared detection technology has been widely used in industrial control,medical,automotive electronics,precision guidance and many other fields.As an important part of the photoelectric detection system,high-performance reading circuits play a decisive role in system performance.Photodiodes are the most widely studied technology in the field of photoelectric detection systems.Therefore,this topic studies the transimpedance amplifiers circuit based on photodiode is of great significance.This article first introduces the basic principles of laser detection technology,compares the phase-based ranging method and the pulse ranging method,and analyzes and improves the error of pulse time-of-flight detection.Finally,the working principle of the avalanche photodiode and the linear working model of the photodiode selected in this paper are introduced.Based on this,the system architecture of the transimpedance amplifier circuit designed in this paper is built,and its working principle and system indicators are analyzed and introduced..The performance of mainstream transimpedance amplifier circuit types is analyzed.A pre-transimpedance amplifier in the form of RGC is used.Establish the framework of the overall circuit,and design and optimize the main modules,as well as the simulation and specific analysis of each module circuit's various functions and performance indicators.Then the functional simulation and layout design of the whole circuit are carried out.In this paper,the design of transimpedance amplifier circuit of infrared detector is completed based on XFAB 0.6?m SOI process.The gain of the transimpedance amplifier is about 81.16 dB?,the bandwidth is 398.1MHz,and the equivalent input noise current density is 10.66 pA/(HZ)1/2.The overall circuit realizes three optional external gains of 90 dB?,105 dB?,and 120 dB?,which effectively extends the dynamic range of the detection signal.
