Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of wireless communication,the derived technology products appear in people’s daily life frequently.The RF front-end module is a key component in the wireless communication system,which is a bond between the wireless communication system and the spatial channel.Based on the important position of the RF front-end module in wireless communication,this paper develops a X-band RF front-end module,which includes twelve receiving channels and one transmitting channel,and outputs multi-channel reference signal sources.First of all,this paper expounds the research background of the RF front-end module and the significance of the topic selection.It mainly introduces the structure types of several common transceivers and the principle of frequency source;Secondly,according to the target requirements of the module,the detailed architecture of receiving channel,transmitting channel and frequency source unit is proposed.The transceiver channel is realized by one-time frequency conversion,and the local oscillator signal is generated by frequency lock-in synthesis.At the same time,the feasibility of the link is simulated and analyzed by ADS software,and the key unit circuits are tested separately;Then,according to the size of the module,the structure layout of each unit circuit is realized;Finally,the key index of RF module front-end are tested.The test results show that: the input power is-18 d Bm at the 1110 MHz signal,the output power of the transmission channel is 10 d Bm at the 9.7GHz signal,the output power of the monitoring channel is-30.5d Bm,the spurious signal suppression is greater than 65 d Bc,which is consistent with the index requirements;the noise figure of the receiving channel is in the range of 10.0d B~10.5d B,the link gain is about 28.8d B,the output P-1d B is greater than 15 d Bm,and the channel consistency is good,the isolation between the receiving channels is greater than 40 d Bc,and the numerical control attenuation function is normal;the output power and harmonic suppression of the reference signal source have arrives at the anticipate targets.The test data shows that the RF front-end module developed in this project basically meets the requirements,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
