With the development of intelligent manufacturing,the warehouse has played a vital role as an important node in logistics.The intelligent warehouse management system has proposed a feasible solution in order to achieve more efficient warehouse management and reduce management costs.Intelligent warehouse management plays a huge role in improving the utilization rate and management level of the warehouse.Traditional manual warehouse management requires workers to move and put goods on and off the shelves,and manually record the outbound data.The shortcomings are very obvious,which mainly include problems such as large manpower requirements,low efficiency in and out of the warehouse,insufficient use of warehouse space,and inaccurate human operations.In order to solve these problems mentioned above,this system will combine the PLC system composed of intelligent equipment such as stacker and conveyor line to realize the intelligentization of the warehouse,thereby significantly improving the warehouse utilization and use efficiency.This article has introduced the design and implementation of intelligent warehouse management system in detail.In the system demand analysis stage,the actual needs of the factory warehouse were investigated,and the actual layout of the factory warehouse and the distribution of the shelves were analyzed.At the same time,the feasibility analysis of the upgrade requirements of the warehouse was carried out.The system was divided into boundaries using system use case diagrams and system data flow diagrams.The requirements of each sub-functional module of the system were detailed in the form of functional use case diagrams and functional activity diagrams Requirements description.In the system design and implementation phase,the overall architecture of the system is first introduced.The logical architecture of the system is illustrated by the system logic architecture diagram.The network division and network configuration of the system are illustrated by the system network architecture diagram.The partition diagram specifically partitions the functional modules of the system.Later,in the design and implementation of the specific sub-modules of the system,the class diagram and timing diagram of each module are used for detailed introduction and description.In the database design,the overall design of the database was described using the logical structure diagram of the database,and then the database tables were described in detail in the form of tables.In the final system test phase,the test environment was introduced,including the test hardware environment and the test software environment.The test includes two parts:functional test and non-functional test.For each functional module test,it is tested one by one against the prepared functional test cases,and all of them pass the user requirements.In non-functional testing,the main test indicators include system throughput,system response time,and concurrent processing.These three items passed the test requirements and met user requirements.This system uses the development framework of Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis.The communication uses socket communication in the mina framework.The front-end application is to frameworks such as Bootstrap and Angularjs.The database is developed using the MySQL database.The entire intelligent warehouse management includes MES system,WMS system,WCS system and PLC system.This article mainly describes the function implementation and development of WCS system,which mainly includes basic information management,equipment monitoring management,warehouse management,task management,and MES tasks.Development,PLC task distribution and report display seven aspects.
