With the development of Internet e-commerce industry,more and more consumers flow online,and the offline passenger flow is limited.The competition in retail industry is more and more fierce.At the same time,most of the physical businesses are passive in the store operation,the stores rely on the natural flow to get customers,lack of active marketing means,the regular customers fail to continuously explore their consumption potential,lack of customer relationship maintenance work,resulting in a big discount in operating efficiency.In order to get rid of the dilemma of customers,more and more physical businesses are aware of the importance of member marketing.They hope to improve the store member marketing efficiently and accurately with the help of the information management ability of member management system,and finally occupy a stable advantage in the industry market.In view of the above problems and current situation,this paper studies how to realize a set of member management system to meet the business needs of the entity businesses.The main work of this paper is as follows.First of all,this paper collects the business process,pain points,problems and demands in the process of daily consumption,cash collection and member management of physical merchants,and completes the needs analysis of member management system through interviews and practical experience.By summarizing and abstracting all the requirements and contents,a membership management system based on distributed architecture is designed.The deployment mode of front-end and back-end separation is used,and Vue + element framework is used as the front-end development technology;distributed system governance and service integration are carried out by using distributed spring cloud family barrel based on Java language;open-source relational database mysql database is used for data storage;cache technology is introduced,and redis database is used to cache hot data to improve the system Unified response rate: use the form of nginx + distributed zuul service gateway to balance the system load,improve the high availability of the system and reduce the risk of single point of failure.All back-end programs are started through Java without additional middleware.In this paper,the member management system is divided into functional modules according to functional categories,and the modules of member management,consumer cash register,commodity management,member marketing,SMS management,system setting,report management are selected for detailed design and coding,and the integration with the third-party SMS platform and other peripheral systems is completed.The API interface of the system is published in the form of HTTP.The interface design conforms to restful style.The lightweight spring Security + JWT technology is used to realize authentication and authentication services.Open source frameworks such as mybatis,hutool and Free Marker are also used.The whole project is managed by Maven.According to the order of demand analysis,design,development,test and production,this paper completed the construction of the membership management system.After the completion of production,the system was put into trial operation for two weeks,and then opened to the outside world smoothly.At present,the system runs smoothly,the system function is also in the process of continuous optimization,and has been widely praised by registered merchants,the number of registered merchants is gradually increasing.Using this membership management system can effectively help physical stores improve management efficiency,optimize marketing strategies,and truly realize the efficient operation of stores with half the effort.This paper completed the expected work.
