With the development of internet technonlogy and globalization of information technology, Internet has become more popular in the world, so more and more people begin to use it.It makes the bankers casting their eyes on the internet resources that the rapid and efficient way to exchange informations. And E-Banking has been regarded as one of the important chips in the banking industry in the future competition. Because E-Banking not only saves the enormous cost of bank opened, but also it has incomparable advantages of traditional banking.Mainly as E-Banking can be used anytime and anywhere.Papers was to the project of BOC internet banking platform for the phase I background, First it introduced J2EE architecture and the characteristics of the core technology, MVC design patterns and principles of the MVC design pattern advantage, then adopting on the item using FFI's overall framework for E-Banking solutions and participate in several modules design and development,the advantages and characteristics of the solution used to development complex systems were in-depth understood.Finally the advantages and inadequates of using the product of FFI's Consumer e-Finance Solution were presented.Adopting on the modules of financial information and help systems which were designed and developmented by the author, XML technology application in project and the importance of use of software technology were in-depth understood.Adopting on the module of E-Statement understanding the advantages to use the middleware BIS in large projects, the mothod in the I18N/L10N was improved and made more generic.
