| The production process of discrete manufacturing enterprise has strong uncertainty because of the production environment,and this leads resources management becomes difficult.A boiler manufacturing enterprise in Harbin was mainly aimed,through in-depth analysis of the enterprise,there has been some production management problems in current,like sophisticated industrial fields and larger degree of dispersion.So that the production information processing were lowly real-time and dynamic,resources of production were insufficient real-time communication and dynamic scheduling,and cooperation of resources were reduced.So a manufacturing management system has been built based on mobile internet that has combined intelligent mobile terminal with workshop management system.The system can transfer,update,store,and manage some information form the production process,all departments can get the latest information and avoid the ’information island’phenomenon by the system.Eventually the enterprise production of intelligence and information is improved.Firstly,the actual demand of the system were researched according to the enterprise’s status of production management.And according to analyzing the process of the production management,the business activities were defined that been involved in the basic production process of the boiler.Then based on the idea and requirement of business activities modeling,the information model of business activities were constructed and described.Secondly,the overall thought of system has been put forward and the system’s architecture into five modules has been divided.At the same time,the software structure was proposed.In addition,the key technologies during system development were researched such as cross-platform data exchange and thread pool technology.Third,as the exterior reflection of the system,in order to realize real-time management of production information,the functions of the system were designed,specific content of the system was analyzed,business process of every function was designed,and the data flow of the running process was analyzed by the diagram.At the same time,based on the business activity model,the data structure of each function was established.Finally,the manufacturing management system was developed.And the correctness and real-time on each function were verified through test case table,timing diagram,and system interface.This system was applied to the enterprise,and it has been effective in the collection and management of business activity. |
