With the explosive growth of the size of the data to be processed, the traditional network architecture cannot adapt to the current development of the Internet. Therefore,it is urgent to change the traditional network architecture. In recent years, there have been many discussions on new network architectures, the most promising of which is the information center network architecture that stores and processes content itself. The information center network architecture is different from the traditional TCP/IP architecture. It does not need to maintain a persistent connection between the two communicating parties. It has a built-in security authentication mechanism and natural y supports congestion control without being restricted by the address namespace. Therefore, the characteristics of the information center network can be used to solve the problems existing in the traditional network architecture. However, research on the information center network is still in its preliminary stage, and its working mechanism still has many aspects that need to be improved, especially in terms of mobility. This article analyzes the mobility problems of producers and consumers in the existing information center network and proposes corresponding solutions.Firstly, this paper proposes a producer mobility support scheme based on BP neural network prediction for the problem of producer mobility in the information center network. The solution aims to solve the problem of slow convergence due to the passive waiting in the existing solutions. This solution analyzes the historical trajectory of the producer through an improved BP algorithm, then predicts the routing nodes that the producer may connect to after the mobile behavior ends, and changes the forwarding path in advance. At the same time, for the case of prediction failure, this solution provides a recovery mechanism to prevent the solution from affecting the forwarding of the existing network. In the scheme, the article uses experiments to analyze the accuracy of the location prediction. At the end of the article, the effectiveness of the scheme is proved by comparing the route convergence speed and service delay of other schemes.Secondly,in order to further optimize the existing consumer mobility support schemes, this paper proposes a scheme based on selecting the optimal neighbor proxy active cache. The solution uses a proxy to cache the data requested by the consumer before moving. This method increases the scope of the cached application during the movement of the consumer. At the same time,a suitable subset of agents is selected by balancing cache overhead and latency overhead, and then the optimal neighbor agent subset is used to proactively obtain cached content from the source agent, thereby avoiding the extra delay caused by passive caching. At the end of the article, the proxy subset selection algorithm is verified through experiments. At the same time, the article compared other consumer mobility schemes, thereby verifying that this scheme can effectively reduce the content acquisition delay and mobile switching delay.
