With the continuous progress of science and the rapid development of the information industry,the logistics express industry has increased rapidly.The postal industry and the logistics industry are the key industries which must be monitored by the national functional departments.With the deepening of the anti-terrorism situation in the international community,various kinds of high-tech criminal means are emerging in an endless stream.Sending mash-up tools by mail is the preferred channel for criminals and has become the best way to gain access to crime at the place of perpetration.Therefore,the postal industry in our country has an increasing responsibility for production safety.Post industry has been included in the national XX department to achieve three 100%non-critical focus areas.The postal industry has been included in the key areas under the supervision of the State XX department.With a scientific approach,postal sorting coverage has become a must for all scientific and technical personnel in China Scientific research proposition.Based on the high-speed postal sorting line,this paper puts forward the research proposition of small-pixel high-speed X-ray article detection and information acquisition system,which is a significant equipment for the acquisition of important information from the"technical investigation" means of the State XX Department.My paper mainly focuses on the investigation of the surface list(sender,recipient)information acquisition and the X-ray transillumination image inspection of mailing articles under the conditions of high-speed sorting,and focus on the following aspects:First of all,the principle and application method of each component of the system are introduced emphatically,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of high-speed security information collection and article detection system.The X-ray radiographic image detection is mainly used to remove noise and segmentation preprocessing method and the image segmentation iterative threshold segmentation method is used to segment the target region.Then Sobel operator is used to extract the feature of the target image,and The characteristic curve of acquired eigenvalue data is drawn,And verify the correctness of the method.The collection and identification of the information of the surface list(sender and receiver)consists of two parts:one part is the development of adaptive image acquisition driver programs which can separate the scanning and storage operations by opening up multiple reusable buffers to achieve parallel processing of image data.The other part is to rectify and barcode recognition based on the random placement characteristics of mailing faces in high-speed detection line,and get accurate "technology detection" data,providing analysis to the functional departments of the state and its professional sample residence.The preliminary research results of this project have been applied in the Beijing post high speed security inspection site,and the output of suspicious images after single barcode information and X-ray image,which further confirms the accuracy of the research done by our research.
