With the fierce competition of industrial manufacturing,industrial manufacturing is developing toward high automation and high stability.More and more intelligent mechanical equipment will be used in the plan of 'made 2025 in China;.Machine vision system replaces the human eye to measure and judge,as the 'eyes' and 'brain' of the machine.In the process of mass production,machine vision used in the repetitive inspection work will improve the production efficiency and automation degree.With the development of machine vision technology,more and more machine vision technology will apply in the manufacturing.In the thesis,according to the actual production process of optical module,the batch bar code recognition system and label inspection system is designed based on machine vision technology to improve the production efficiency.In the thesis,the experimental platform of machine vision is set up by the research and analysis of machine vision technology.With the analysis of the background of the optical module bar code(density:0.08mm)recognition,the design scheme of recognition of batch bar code is proposed.Recognition system of batch bar code for the optical module is designed and implemented,and then the design is improved to achieve the expected design goals.The feasibility of machine vision for label inspection is proved by the testing results of label defects inspection by using image feature extraction and pattern recognition technology.The automatic production process of label printing,pasting,cleaning and inspection is given.The key automatic equipment is analyzed.The automatic cleaning and label inspection system using manipulator is designed.
