The mobile communications industry is booming in China,and high-tech companies represented by Huawei,in particular,have taken the lead in the world in 5G communications technology.A mobile base station is an interface device for mobile devices to implement voice services and access the Internet.The huge number of mobile base stations are the core equipment for user access in mobile communication networks.China Tower Corporation is a large state-owned communications tower infrastructure service company funded by three major operators.Substitute Maintaining Corporation is a third-party organization that outsources the base station maintenance business of China Tower.It is mainly responsible for the daily maintenance of mobile base stations.Informatization,intelligent business management and operation are the development trends of Substitute Maintaining Corporation.However,many Substitute Maintaining Corporation currently do not have intelligent business systems.The decision-making of management also depends on experience,inefficient manual methods and experience.The decision-making that depends on experience seriously affects work efficiency and scientific management.At present,data mining and software development technologies are very mature.Substitute Maintaining Corporation is the first-line force to ensure the normal operation of the base station and smooth network.Designing and developing a base station maintenance service management system and applying data mining technology to support decision-making are in line with business development trends,which has important practical significance and application value.This thesis studies the feasible path of the application of data mining technology in the base station maintenance service;design and develop the base station maintenance service management system based on the WinForm desktop application development technology;and introduces an improved association rule algorithm for the maintenance service in the business system Formulation and adjustment of various business plans of the company provide decision support.The thesis analyzes the feasibility of system design and development,determines the overall system requirements and functional requirements,and completes the system architecture and function design based on this.Finally,the system is coded and implemented by WinForm desktop application development technology,and tested by functional units.The test results show that the functional units of the system are operating normally and meet the management requirements of the generation and maintenance business.At the same time,the thesis takes the business data of a certain company as an example,preprocesses the data to convert it into a data form suitable for data mining,introduces the association rule algorithm steps and application process in detail,and selects and applies its improved scheme for the defects of the algorithm.Expand data analysis,discover valuable information and rules between the data,and analyze the results to help Substitute Maintaining Corporation improve business performance and scientific management,so as to complete the application research of the algorithm in the system.This system adopts C/S architecture design,while ensuring the security and stability of the system,it has a friendly and simple operation interface and fast response speed.It supports users to query and statistics the server-side system database and perform data analysis.The software has good scalability."The network is unobstructed,and life is more important",which is the working principle adhered to by Substitute Maintaining Corporation.The system realizes unified scheduling and assignment of work tasks by integrating the maintenance service,and uses association rule algorithms to discover the associations and rules between business data.It provides managers with decision support,which can effectively help the maintenance company to standardize the workflow and improve work efficiency as well as improving the scientific management,thereby providing a strong guarantee for the normal operation of the base station and smooth network.
