With the development of mass media and network media,the domestic variety show market is constantly developing and changing,and the types of variety shows are more diverse.From 2018,domestic variety shows have appeared in emotional observation programs,and their popularity has continued to rise,occupying an important position in the variety show market in 2019.Emotional observation programs are developed from the reality show format and the concept of slow variety shows.They have increased the observation space of the second scene,and built an emotional association between the two sides around the relationship of "observation”and"observed".Resonate with your audience.From the perspective of emotional development in post-modern society,under the influence of mass culture and consumerism,post-emotionalism has developed as an emotional form,which is the spiritual embodiment of consumerism,emphasizing that emotions are produced.,Is the product of digestion of the true emotion.This article explores the mechanism of emotional production in emotional observation programs from the perspective of post-emotionalism,interprets the emotional elements of emotional observation content from the perspective of emotional production and consumption,and puts it in a consumer society for cultural reflection on emotional production.To discuss its social values and dilemmas.The thesis is divided into three parts:introduction,main text and conclusion.There are six chapters in the introduction and main text.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background,theoretical and practical significance of the thesis.Through reading and sorting the related literature of"post-emotionalism" and "emotional observation programs",we found the vacancy of this issue,and introduced the research method of virtual ethnography and cultural research.The second chapter is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the essence of emotional production in post-emotionalism.The second part analyzes the consumption of emotions in emotional observation programs and summarizes the development of the programs.The third section introduces emotional observation programs under the post-emotionalism trend.The third chapter mainly expounds the state of emotion production of emotional observation programs,and analyzes the traditional emotions,virtual emotions and social public emotions in the programs based on the form and type of the programs.The fourth chapter analyzes the strategies of its emotional production mechanism from the narrative level of the program,which is mainly divided into the narrative content of social issues and real life-oriented plots,the narrative subject with group nature and the television language that embodies emotions.Through the analysis of the innovative double-layer narrative space and multiple narrative perspectives in the program,the significance of its observation is emphasized.The fifth chapter introduces the program's emotional production and identity,,which is the core content of the emotional production mechanism.Starting from the"authentic" and "performing" self,and expounds its social significance of mirroring the self.Through the ritualized presentation of the program and the practice of identity in daily life,its purpose of pursuing emotional and identity recognition is highlighted.The sixth chapter puts the emotional observation programs under the post-emotionalism in the context of consumer society for cultural reflection.First of all,it affirms its social value.Then it discusses the ethical dilemma of emotional privatization and publicization in the program.And analyzed its paradox of emotional secularization.Finally,the complexity of emotional production of emotional observation programs under post-emotionalism is discussed.It is affirmed that it not only has reasonable content presentation and social healing functions,but also proposes excessive emotional consumption and emotional production in emotional production in the program.The issue of deconstruction of aesthetic value.
