Current studies on academic literature recommendation mainly focus on the improvement of recommendation technology and algorithm, the construction of recommendation system and the evaluation index of recommendation system, there are some insufficient literatures of user research on academic paper recommendation. However, the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the recommendation results are evaluated by the user, who will decide on their own whether or not to adopt the recommendation. The information behavior of the user is the externalization of the inner psychological activity. Therefore, the construction of the model of influencing factors for the adoption of academic paper recommendation results based users' psychological cognition is helpful to reveal the internal needs of academic users for paper recommendation,so as to achieve accurate recommendation of academic literature.First, the paper briefly summarizes the research status of academic paper recommendation, sorts out the factors that scholars use in their paper recommendation researches, and introduces the types of user cognition in cognitive psychology. Then the principle of the least effort and the theory of information foraging are briefly introduced.Based on theoretical analysis,it is clear that the study will explore the influencing factors in the adoption of academic paper recommendation from the cognitive structure and cognitive ability, and study the mechanism of their action,so as to construct the cognitive model of influencing factors in the adoption of academic paper recommendation. To explore the influence of cognitive structure and cognitive ability on academic users'satisfaction of paper recommendation through experience, the paper selects materials from different areas and levels, and designs experiment interface as the environment in plaque model of information foraging theory. Then we recruit academic users of different research fields and cognitive abilities. An interview will be organized after the experiment.Three core categories, which are cognitive structure, cognitive ability and subjective preference, have been extracted from interview results with the method of grounded theory. The preliminary qualitative model is corrected based on the theory of cognitive psychology, the principle of least effort and information foraging theory.Given that subjective preferences are difficult to measure, quantitative research only considers the impact of cognitive structure and cognitive ability on academic literature recommendation adoption.Through descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the experimental ranking data to study the correlation between satisfaction ranking and cognitive structure and cognitive ability. Finally, the cognitive structural relevance and cognitive ability matching degree are taken as the independent variables, and the rank data as the dependent variable. The ordinal logistic regression model was performed on the overall sample and subsamples of various disciplines respectively to obtain the quantitative model. The qualitative model shows that cognitive structure is the main factor affecting users' adoption, and cognitive ability attaches to cognitive structure, which also affects the willingness of academic users to adopt. In addition, users' subjective preference also affects the final result.Descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis confirm that there is a strong positive correlation between user satisfaction and cognitive structure correlation, and a significant positive correlation between user satisfaction and cognitive ability matching.Through the ordinal regression model, the user's adoption of recommendation literatures can be predicted based on the cognitive structure relevance and cognitive ability matching between the user and the literature.
