After the rapid popularization and development of network technology and people's material life has been greatly satisfied,in order to meet the needs of the public to listen to all kinds of audio programs anytime,anywhere,a batch of mobile audio software represented by the Himalayan App came into being.They are like other social software.With the spread of usage time,when the software brings users a pleasant experience,it will also bring many annoyances such as perceived overload and use indulgence,and finally cause negative user behavior.By reviewing the previous research literature,it is found that most of the academic researches on user usage behaviors are on user continuous usage behaviors,but there are few studies on user negative usage behaviors.This article will combine the medical science,psychology and other disciplines to improve the research on the predecessors' negative use behaviors.The research object of this article is the Himalaya App.The author combines the interaction theory of stress and coping and the self-efficacy theory,uses the pressure source-oppression-result model,explores the influence mechanism of the passive use of Himalaya users from the cognitive dimension and the burnout dimension,and constructs the Himalaya After users passively use the behavior research model,the reliability and validity of the 604 valid questionnaires collected are analyzed,and the proposed 8 hypotheses are verified through the amos21 software.The results of the study show that use addiction,user self-efficacy,perceived overload,privacy concerns,and social burnout are important influencing factors for Himalaya users' negative use behaviors.This research not only expands the scope of application of the pressure source-oppression-result model,but also verifies the influence mechanism of the passive use of Himalaya users and the correlation between various factors.Finally,according to the research results,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of software system and user.
