Research On Bidding And Procurement Mode Based On Blockchain

Bidding,as an international practice,is a method of selecting the best deals through the use of technical and economic methods,and fully exerts the role of the market economy competition mechanism.With the development of society,the scale of bidding has been expanding,and the application field has been expanding.However,there are many pain points in bidding,such as falsification,the unfairness and incompetence of bid evaluation experts and so on.Now,there is an urgent need to use new technology to break the deadlock of credit shortage and trust crisis.With the rise of bitcoin,blockchain has the characteristics of immutability,transparency,traceability,etc.Blockchain has attracted great attention from society,government and various industries.The State Council issued the "13th Five Year Plan"for national informatization in 2016.For the first time,blockchain has been included in the Chinese national informatization development plan.This has promoted the disruptive change of blockchain in various fields.This thesis starts with the characteristics of blockchain and the lack of trust in bidding,exploring the combination of blockchain and bidding.Promote innovation in bidding and procurement.Proposed two smart trading contracts for different scoring rules to automate bidding activities.Research on blockchain-based credit evaluation methods to create "trust in the machine" to improve the credit level of the entire industry.And utilize the network characteristics of the blockchain to promote competition among suppliers,thereby optimizing the shortcomings in existing bidding.Finally,this thesis selects the medical industry as the research object,the medical industry is the second largest application field of blockchain.Through the analysis of the actual situation of medical equipment procurement in H Hospital,building a blockchain-based procurement management model for the medical industry.It is hoped that the research in this paper can not only promote the development of research on the application of blockchain in different fields but also promote the reform of procurement in the medical industry.It has a certain forward-looking and positive role,and can quickly and efficiently respond to the problem of the sharp increase in demand for medical equipment procurement caused by the outbreak in 2020.
