Nowadays,Smart Terminals have become the main channels for people to obtain information because of their convenience and fast speed of look-up.More and more offline functions have been implemented on Smart Terminals,resulting in many mobile APPs,such as QQ,WeChat,mobile banking,and bus timetable applications.However,there are many factors that make it difficult for people to find the exact books they want.In Our University's library,which is a traditional one,there are many kinds of books,the searching system fails to target the user's reading preference,and does not provide users with personalized service.It is a common phenomenon that when people suddenly have a desire to read,they often give up reading because they cannot find a book that matches their tastes.Based on the reasons listed above,this thesis introduces a new-generation intelligent university library system implemented with the Framework7 framework and a recommendation system based on the collaborative filtering algorithm combining with the KNN algorithm.The library system contains two sub-system,which are Student Auto-loan System and Administrating System,and 11 functional modules.On the client-side,our system performs a user-friendly library interface with functions of getting information on books quickly by typing and taking photos.The system simplifies the procedure of borrowing and returning,and meets the readers' demand of getting information on books conveniently anywhere in time.Compared with the traditional book system,our system has added the function of donating books and making personalized customized recommendations.Users can donate books online easily,reducing the workload of administrators and warehousing.The system adds personalized recommendation customized by users,and improved the scoring method of the traditional recommendation algorithm to make the recommendation results more accurate.On the server-side,the Administrating System uses MySQL,a relational database management system,to store information of books,students and other by category.This library B/S(Browser/Server)mode centralizes the core components of our system's functional implementation on the server,to simplify the development,maintenance and use of this system.The biggest advantage of our system is that it can be used anytime,anywhere,conveniently and fast.One branch library of our university has already applied our system for some special books' management.Users can open the New-Generation Intelligent Self-Service Library System webpage on the smart terminal,without installing the download app,or log in to their account by using the WeChat public account as a jump link.
