With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous development of library information construction.The construction of digital library has greatly improved the service quality of University library.However,in the case of more and more complex information collection,readers often can not find the required information from a large number of documents,the traditional literature retrieval service has been difficult to meet the needs of users.How to provide personalized book recommendation service to readers,how to help readers get the books information quickly,and how to recommend effective information to users has become an important research topic of digital library construction.Recommendation system is based on information filtering technology to provide users with personalized service tools to solve the problem of information overload.The application of the recommendation system in the digital library can be used as a supplement to the traditional library book search service,and actively recomend books for readers.Through the analysis of the reader's borrowing records,the recommendation system can understand the user's preferences,and further provide users with personalized recommendation information to meet the needs of different individuals.This paper based on information visualization and data mining theory,and combined with the library knowledge and professional disciplines,design a recommendation system of Academic Library in professional classification based on mapping,to provide new ideas for the construction of University Library recommendation system.This paper is based on the "Chinese Library Classification" and subject classification system,based on the first "Chinese Library Classification" and professional classification analysis,processing map and professional core curriculum text information,establish feature model in the collection map and the professional core curriculum,calculated matching the degree of using cosine similarity threshold,according to the judgment,to realize the active map map-professional classification,construction of map-professional classification mapping model,as the basis for the implementation of the library system to recommend students and professional related books.At the same time,taking into account the different levels of students' knowledge,according to the students' browsing records and borrowing historical information,increase the student's personal label information,recommend students interested in professional books.The recommendation system designed in this paper is based on the Django framework,using xadmin background management program,Jieba,sklearn and numpy segmentation scientific computing library and tools to achieve the personalized book recommendation,book promotion and borrow books,details of the book classification ranking functions.In this paper,the requirement analysis,design,implementation and testing of the system are described in detail,and the design of the recommendation algorithm and the application of information visualization in data display are emphasized.The system requirements analysis,system outline design,detailed design of the system,data synchronization module,recommendation module,front-end module and background management module are implemented and tested.In this paper,the development of university library book recommendation system has a certain practical significance for university library,can increase the utilization rate of library resources;through recommending and professional related books,to a certain extent,help students learn the professional courses,improve user satisfaction;library administrators can also borrow books according to the user's access demand,guide books purchase etc..Therefore,the research work of this paper plays an important role in improving the service level of University library.
