With the acceleration of urban construction and public construction in China,the problem of building energy consumption has become more serious.Hot water supply is an important part of building energy consumption.In order to achieve building energy conservation,solar energy has been widely used as a main heat source.However,the current solar water heating system has low hardware equipment integration,limited intelligence,and difficult management and maintenance.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements a multi-thermal-source heating control system.This paper first analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of current solar water heating system in terms of heat source utilization,system configuration and monitoring management,and points out the inadequacies,thus proposing the solution of the multithermal-source heating management system and analyzing the overall requirements of the system.In terms of heat source utilization,the waste heat of the kitchen equipment is increased as a heat source;in the system operation,the control scheme combining the heating controller and the load controller replaces the scheme of the PLC and the inverter;in the system monitoring and management,the remote webpage and the mobile APP replace the industrial display interaction.After clarifying the overall requirements of the system,the hardware module scheme and sensor module scheme of the heating controller are designed.Secondly,based on ?C/OS-? real-time operating system,IAP in application programming and other embedded technologies and on-off control algorithms,the system realized sensor data acquisition,actuator on-off control,fault diagnosis and processing,active information reporting,parameter online modification,remote program upgrade.Finally,based on the system analysis and design,the system hardware debugging and functional testing were carried out,and the system was applied to the actual engineering project.After on-site commissioning,the multi-thermal-source heating control system can achieve stable and reliable operation,and can meet the multiple functional requirements and performance requirements proposed by the system requirements.The design effectively improves the shortcomings in the current solar hot water supply system,can more rationally allocate and utilize the heat sources,more intelligently control the system operation,and more conveniently monitor and maintain the system,which has great practical value and reference significance.
