With the development of economy,our country no longer blindly pursues the big industry,but the industry development becomes stronger and greater.This puts higher demands on the manufacturing and equipment manufacturing industries.In recent years,the robot industry has shown explosive growth,but China's robotics industry is subject to import restrictions of key components,such as speed reducers,and is still in the lowend position in the global robotics industry.The lack of key components restricts the progress of the robotics industry.Therefore,this article on the H company in Chinese robot reducer Market Research marketing strategy,to guide the enterprise market development,but also for other reducer enterprises to develop marketing strategies to provide experience.H company as a new entry into the robot reducer industry enterprises,how to formulate suitable for their own development of marketing strategy,will be the focus of this study.This article mainly through literature,field visits to research on the thesis,firstly,the robot speed reducer product life cycle and marketing environment are analyzed.The results show that both from the product cycle,or the macro environment two aspects are conducive to the development of reducer industry.Then through the analysis of the reducer of market demand,the demand characteristics of the typical customer purchase behavior,and competition in the industry,upstream and downstream enterprises,and the analysis of current situation,H company marketing resources and capabilities,combined with the analysis of domestic market faces the challenge of expanding H company at present,use SWOT analysis method to summarize the threats and opportunities facing H the existence and internal advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the proposed marketing strategy of developing market of robot reducers from the 4Ps marketing strategy angle,namely the use of the company R & D team and overseas sales team with the existing network marketing system to open up the domestic market,on the basis of this,put forward the safeguard measures of the implementation of marketing organization.Finally,the full text is summarized and the prospect of further research is proposed.
