ZTE Corporation is China's leading communications equipment manufacturing company and an important partner of Ukrainian carrier companies.Considering rapid digital changes in the world,the demand for internet for everyone continues to increase.At present,the Ukrainian operator industry has entered a stage of rapid development,so the solutions provided by Chinese communication equipment manufacturing companies can allow Ukrainian users to enjoy highquality services and 4G networks,as well as research and development of 5G network technologies.The opportunity for the three major Ukrainian operators to cooperate with ZTE Corporation can bring new prospects for Ukrainian customers.As the Ukrainian government promotes the policy of increasing the use of mobile phones to complete its business,Ukrainian customers have increased their requirements for Internet quality.In addition to high quality,Ukrainian consumers pay attention to price policies.ZTE's low-cost and high-quality equipment can meet consumer requirements and help the company to develop,but in order for ZTE Corporation to continue growing and to meet the needs of Ukrainian market,the company should choose the best marketing strategy and improve the marketing plan that is being implemented.The focus of thesis research include the current situation of the Ukrainian market and ZTE's marketing strategy.The thesis is using SWOT and STP methods to research the current situation of ZTE on the Ukrainian market and to improve the company's marketing strategy.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the Ukrainian operator market from the perspective of consumer purchasing behavior theory and marketing strategy theory,and performs a SWOT analysis on the three major operator companies in Ukraine,and elaborates on the existing problems of Ukrainian operator companies and suggests solutions to them.By studying ZTE's marketing environment in Ukrainian market and the current situation of competitors there,the paper proposes suggestions for improving marketing strategies.The thesis explains how ZTE Corporation can improve customers' experience in working with the company and use preferential prices to attract new customers.
