As sharply development of electronic and technology industry,the supplier wafer fabrication enterprise plays an important role in the market.To meet fast change from the market,wafer fabrication enterprise must take quick take to adapt order variation,and also need extend the capacity in short time.The preparation is include purchasing tools,people recruiting and operator trained to be mature,and the last one cost longest time.8D method is all thought this text.Based on the analysis on operator training detail,we work out two causes which are material transfer time and waiting time.After verified,4 main points are(1)improve E-rack layout(2)enhance efficient of finding material(3)setup monitor coordinate system(4)solve control wafer shortage situation.Then we select and develop 4action items as(1)setup interbay for manual material handling system(2)setup intrabay for manual material handling system(3)setup monitor coordinate system(4)setup control wafer manual handling system.We applied PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)method to make sure a close loop.To enhance the overall organization regrouping,we separate two sections of material transfer and monitor service.The final result is very successful not only on training period,but also on production output period,revenue,productivity and people retention.
