Company A is the first Virtual IDM model IC company in China. In the early days of the company, the rapid growth of the company resulted from the development of competitive technology in collaboration with suppliers and the availability of good suppliers from suppliers. When the business grew, the original operation mode exposed some disadvantages, which will affect the continuous growth of the business. Therefore, this thesis studies the current situation of Company A's foundry operation and points the problems of insufficient backup capacity, slow response speed of foundry and low efficiency of joint development with suppliers. In view of the above problems, this thesis makes analysis and puts forward the optimization strategy.Based on the situation of Company A and foundry, this thesis proposed that both the capacity increase and the introduction of new suppliers should be brought forward simultaneously in order to avoid the future capacity gap. This thesis studies the relationship between supplier coordination and information flow management theory, analyzes the reasons for the slow response of suppliers and proposes a solution to establish information flow management system to improve the response speed of foundries.According to the theory of supplier collaborative product development, this thesis proposes to adjust the working forms of cooperative R&D department,in order to improve the development efficiency.Through the optimization of the above modes of operation,we can meet the needs of Company A's business development. This thesis also discusses the rationality, practicability and feasibility of the proposed operation optimization scheme, and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the optimization scheme.
