Lin Haiyin not only was both a writer and editor and a publisher,but also a Taiwanese literature "grandmother".She was called "the housewife-type knowledge woman" by the critics,and she was hailed as the "female hero" in the literary world.However,the current academic research on Lin Haiyin focuses on her personal creative achievements,such as the female consciousness and children's perspective highlighted in the works.Although some studies researched the achievements of Lin Haiyin's literature,they also introduced her editorial identity and talked about the contribution of "pure literature" to Taiwan's literary world,but which were still relatively insufficient.Lin Haiyin had been editing for half a century,and her "Pure Literature Publishing House",which regarded as the first professional literature publishing house in China,had contributed a lot to Taiwan's literary and publishing circles.Therefore,the author uses this as a breakthrough to study the editorial thoughts of Lin Haiyin's presiding "Pure Literature Publishing House" from the perspective of publishing,in order to enrich the research of publishing theory in China and provide a reference for China's book publishing work.This article takes Lin Haiyin as the perspective of the activities of the "Pure Literature Publishing House" period,through literature analysis,text analysis and statistical induction,to present Lin Haiyin's book selection ideas,group draft ideas,book binding and propaganda ideas.First of all,the author sorts out the research status of Lin Haiyin's editing and publishing related fields at home and abroad:Although Lin Haiyin's research is rich,there are still few articles on editing and publishing,most of which are general and talking about editorial features and main contributions,lack of Publishing perspective.Secondly,this article introduces Lin Haiyin's main life in terms of time,and briefly summarizes the main activities of Lin Haiyin's participation,and then combs the development of Pure Literature Publishing House.Pure literature Publishing House has been in operation for 27 years.It was founded because Lin haiyin gathered articles from the pure literature monthly magazine for publication,but ended up because of Lin haiyin's illness,her children's unwillingness to take over,and changes in the market.Pure literature Publishing House has published more than 250 books,some of which are still selling well today.Thirdly,this paper analyzes Lin Haiyin's book selection ideas.Under the strict control of politics,other publishing houses used the translation of the Western books to open the market.Lin Haiyin adhered to the other path of "old work and new development",she not only published the monthly articles,but also published the quality books published by other newspapers and publishing houses;with the constant changes of the times,she launched literary books to improve the reading level of the public;she took the lead in planning a series of books with the theme of "China";After Taiwan's martial law,the publishing industry entered an era of unprecedented freedom and pluralism.Lin Haiyin published a large number of realistic works with retrospective perspectives.Subsequently,this article introduces Lin Haiyin's thoughts on the draft.Lin Haiyin took the initiative to collect manuscripts by using the contacts accumulated by the editor-in-chief of United Daily News supplement and Pure Literature Magazine.She attached great importance to group strength,gathers the power of everyone to compile books and publish books;and Lin Haiyin respected the rights and interests of authors,did not add or delete manuscripts casually and Maintained the interests of the author and give the author a good royalty.She used to be kind to the author,maintained the author team,and helped the writer to publish books.Last but not least,this article explains Lin Haiyin's book binding and propaganda ideas.Lin Haiyin previously invited art people to design books.In order to match the content of the book,the size of the book was changed,and the image and text matching was emphasized,which establish a "Pure Literature" brand image;Promote book sales by publishing advertisements,publishing book magazines to participate in book fairs.
