With the continuous expansion of the network scale,the explosive growth of network services,and the increasingly diversified network equipment.In modern society,people are increasingly relying on the Internet,thus,the information exchange between the Internet has become more and more frequent,making the network traffic surge,the network load become heavier.As a result,the uncertainty and complexity of the network have also increased.The traditional network operation and maintenance management system has been unable to cope with the processing of such a huge amount of complex information.Therefore,modern network management systems must be capable of real-time processing in a rapidly changing complex network environment,monitoring the operational status of the network and scientifically analyzing and predicting network status and trends.This paper adopts a combination of fuzzy theory and artificial neural network in machine learning.It intends to systematically study the theory and methods related to network operation situation awareness from multiple levels and from multiple perspectives.The main contents and innovations include:1)The construction of a comprehensive evaluation system for the network operation situation.The establishment of the index system is the premise and basis for the situational awareness of the network operation.In view of the fact that there is no perfect index system at home and abroad,this article first innovatively proposes a comprehensive and effective hierarchy of network operation situation index system.Considering that most of the existing network operation situation assessment systems have defects of one-sided,general,partial non-real-time and so on,this paper proposes a theoretical and methodological system that comprehensively evaluates the network operation situation from the three dimensions of network business,space and time.2)The establishment of a network intelligence fuzzy intelligent analysis system.In view of network’s characteristics of carrying huge amounts of data and existence of a large amount of uncertain information,the fuzzy intelligent information processing technology developed on the basis of fuzzy theory and artificial intelligence in recent years has solved the problem of uncertainty and conducted effective recognition in network operation situation awareness.After analyzing the requirements of network operation situationa awareness and problems in the existing fuzzy neural network system,this paper constructs a new fuzzy neural network model which applied to situational awareness of the network,and proposes corresponding accurate and efficient learning algorithm.Through experimental simulation,the fuzzy neural network intelligent analysis system realized the perception of network operation situation.The experimental results proved the effectiveness and superiority of the theory and method proposed in this paper.The research of this paper is the focus of current research regardless of industry application or subject development.Therefore,its theoretical research is of great significance and will show value in practical application. |
