The Program Feasibility Research On China Unicom Jingdong Second Call Platform Project

With the further reform of telecommunication system and the development of full service operation,the telecommunication industry has become increasingly competitive.As the main marketing resource for operators,key account customers gain more and more attention among the whole market.Facing the current trend of telecommunication and the fierce marketing environment,China Unicom actively takes action for the network optimization and further develops clients to make some contributions for national informationization.At present,the big customer income of telecom operators is gradually increasing,and the proportion of their income is rising,so we can see that whoever has a large enterprise customer will win the market.At present,the Jingdong Information Technology Park 2000 call seats have been put into use,with uses increasing,the Jingdong prepare for the listing in 2014,So it has started the construction of second call platform project.after several rounds of negotiations,our company signed a contract.This paper takes the Jingdong's second call platform project as a case to analyze the current situation,which dissects the feasibility of this project according to its platform requirements and status.This paper first summarizes the relevant theories of feasibility studies at home and abroad,then from the view of project demands,technical support,investment evaluation and risk prevention,my paper demonstrates that this project is intensely worth practicing.
