Most of the countries in the whole world have entered to the aging stage.Comparing to the other countries,the characteristics of our aging society is faster,lager of aging population,higher proportion and a more widely distribution in rural areal.With our aging society growing rapidly,more and more elderly people are going to have the chance for getting sick,being paralysis,having CCVd to lead to lying in the bed in the end.So it's very important to give the elderly people that lying in the bed a more carefully body care and especially the back care which is aiming to decrease the possibility of having the bedsore.Helping the elderly people turning over and do some back care everyday can successfully stop the occurrence of getting bedsore.In the same time,helping them do more body exercise can make them recover quickly.The design in this thesis is mostly aimed to meet the needs of elderly people and the sickness who can't move around easily.This design includes: the back-up mechanism,back-turning mechanism,body protecting mechanism,up-and-down part and the leg-lifting mechanism.Three–dimensional-modeling was made for several parts that mentioned above,kinetic analysis was also made for each part in the same time.All the measurements from each mechanism part of the machine were determined and the displacement?speed ?angular velocity?acceleration and angular acceleration for each part were also formulated by a series of formula.The stress-strain condition was analyzed by using the software ANSYS.By using the statics that conclude from ANSYS,we can get a more reasonable strength and rigidity designing scheme that can achieve the functional requirement.The back-up mechanism is made up of slider block –rocker and back-up-under frame.Using the driving force that conduct from the slider block and the rocker,the back-up frame can easily accomplish the function that lift the sickness' s back up.The body protection part was made up of a couple of cone gear and a series of link mechanism,this design scheme can make the mechanism stabilized and the structure simplified.The leg-lifting mechanism was chiefly made up of a couple of parallelogram linkage and a linear actuator,by using this structure,the sickness can easily move their legs in amaximum space.The up-and-down mechanism was made up of a pair of symmetrical placement rocker bar,the motion trail of the bottom part at the linkage can be a line by using this designing plan.The chief content of this research include: the mechanism design of rehabilitation nursing bed,the comprehensive analysis and optimal design for critical parts in rehabilitation nursing bed,the finite element analysis.The mechanism design including: the back-up mechanism design,the body protection part design,the leg-lifting part design and the up-and-down mechanism design.
