Aluminum ingot palletizing robot is a very important aspect of the whole production line of aluminum ingot. And palletizing palletizing robot is the executing agency for palletizing robot, It's lightweight and static and dynamic performance directly impact on the entire production line efficiency ToTheir research is the urgent necessary. Therefore, This article could conduct the system research to manipulator's sound of something astir state property, and by changed into the goal to carry on the structure optimization lightly, obtained the main research results were as follows:(1) Piled buttress the robot director--manipulator to the aluminum ingot to establish has conformed to the project actual three dimensional full-scale mockup. In the modelling has fully utilized the Pro/Engineer formidable entity modelling function and with the finite element software ANSYS compatible ability. Has carried on the static analysis to the manipulator, has obtained manipulator's under biggest work load function stress and the distortion. Satisfies the structure after the analysis very good design the intensity and the rigidity request, but the overall stress is low, the design is in favor of conservatively, has the very big optimized space.
