Aging and the aging of our country’s deepening enable health and social insurance systems facing unprecedented pressure.Bedridden and paralyzed elderly self-care capacity is very lacking, and now their care work is mainly borne by the family member or caregiver of the medical institutions. The intensity of care is very hard.Expenses incurred in the course of rehabilitation care is relatively large, and they desperately need good care condition.Bedridden persons, elderly patients, paralyzed, etc.are abound.Care nursing and rehabilitation exercises work in this population is a common problem of population aging country faces. Based on this, for the elderly, bedridden and paralyzed, etc.,we design a rehabilitation nursing robotic bed to help them maximum degree of physical activity and exercise.The main contents of the paper have the following several aspects:(1) The overall design program of the rehabilitation nursing robotic bed. Based on rehabilitation nursing robotic bed functional requirements and design specifications,determine the size of each deck of the parameters and the robot rehabilitation care bed overall layout, and complete parametric design the bed and robotic bed overall design.(2) Design and analyze the supporting back motion mechanism, the curving legs motion mechanism,and the turning over motion mechanism. Analyze the various board in displacement, velocity, angle changes and other aspects of the motion mechanisms, in order to determine the reasonableness of the various mechanisms.Selection of the movable member to its original design and strength bed board of components to provide the necessary theoretical basis.(3) We design the structure and select the material of the whole bed frame.On the basis of the function mechanism analysis, we design the dimensional modeling of the motion mechanisms,such as the supporting motion mechanism, the curving legs motion mechanism,the turning over mechanism,and select the drive components.(4) Using the SimulationXpress module of three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks to analyze the crucial carrying member’s strength and stiffness stress distribution and displacement deformation, to check components under conditions of maximum force to ensure the safety and reliability of the mechanisms.(5) We preliminary study the control system of rehabilitation nursing robotic bed’s motion mechanisms, preliminary determine the overall system control program,select the master controller to determine the control mode of stepping servo system.We debug and test the rehabilitation nursing bed robotic prototype repeatedly,verify the stability of each module motion mechanism in the running process, the prototype multiple motion and reliability test results show that the design of the motion mechanisms smooth and reliable operation, no interference of each mechanism, that it can be very good to achieve the expected functions.
