With the speed up of the “Internet informatization”,the Internet, with lightning speed,affects every aspect of our lives, changes our way of life, penetrates into the various industries and fields. Especially, the catering industry, which is closely related to people's lives, is actively using the Internet to promote the brand and industrial restructuring. In recent years,with the rise of Group purchase, O2O(Online To Offline)of the catering market develops rapidly, and more and more businesses seize the opportunity to build their own brand websites or join in the Group purchase nets and the third-party platform with a great amount of users.They hope to display their product information, propaganda brands in this way, and achieve the purpose of increasing the sales. However, for consumers, going out for dining, leisure, and entertainment outside has become an important part of life, but the line ordering, traffic congestion and other phenomena bring us great trouble. Thus, the online restaurant reservations platform is more respected nowadays. Online reservation in advance not only saves a lot of troubles for us, but also improves the quality of our lives.In this paper, according to the requirements of online reservation and reservation, I design and implement an online dining reservations platform based on O2 O e-business models. The system is mainly to build a third-party platform for catering businesses and settle a personal site for the joining business. After looking through goods from online platform, the consumers pay online through a third party and can go to the store to enjoy the service directly without queuing.The advantage of online transactions and offline experience of O2 O mode provide a new user experience for consumers. Combining with the development of local characteristics especially,it forms a truly interactive marketing program.The content of this paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the issue, as well as the current research at home and abroad; the second part is the background of the technologies, which mainly describes detailed the system development tools and the framework used in the development process. For example, the Eclipse platform, MySql database, and Struts2 + Spring + Mybatis MVC framework and so on; the third part is requirement analysis of the system, by doing research and surveying to the catering O2 O market. The paper introduces the functional requirement analysis and non-functional requirement analysis in detail from three different users' point of view, which are the platform administrators, merchants and consumers; thefourth part is outline design of the system, which analyses the general architecture, functional module and database structure design and so on; the fifth part is the detailed design and implementation of the system. Based on the outline design, the paper does more detailed design.It mainly contains the code implementation and the final interfaces screen shot of important functional module; the part six is system testing, which mainly designs a lot of testing cases,and does necessary functional testing for system; the seventh part is summary and expectation,which sums up the encountered problems and deficiencies in system development process, and foresees the development of the catering industry O2 O market in the future.
