With the rapid development of book publishing,the forms of books have greatly diversified,the varieties of books have increased gradually and the number ofpractitioner staff shoots up.As a result,the control and management of the practitioner staff and their behavior appear to be more and more significant,and the importance of building a systematic and perfect book publishing management system is self-evident.As we all know,the book publishing industry of South Korea is very mature,and it has a wealth of experience of managing the books publishing industry.What's more,South Korea has set up a book publishing management system which runs well.Discussing the book publishing management system of South Korea,we can rethink the existing problems and insufficiency of our own book publishing management system,then clarify our thinking and determine the forward direction.The development of the publishing industry needs scientific and effective publishing management.South Korea sets a very good example in the book publishing management,while the national territorial area of South Korea is small,its resources and population are also relatively limited.However,South Korea can be among the world's top ten publishing countries,and "Korean Book Wave" is spreading fast all over the world.The reason of the prosperity of South Korea's book publishing lies in its perfect management system of book publishing.Exploring the objective law of South Korea's book publishing management system can help Chinese book publishing become better.Combined with the fact that I studied in South Korea before,which is beneficial for carrying out the research in the subject.That is why I choose this topic.Next,I summarize the current research situation,including the management system,publishing management,South Korea's publishing industry.In order to define the core concepts of this article,I analyze the definitions of publishing management,book publishing management system.At last,I introduce the research idea,method and research content of this article.The main part of the article consists of three chapters,which are the subject,object and operation mode of the book publishing management system of South Korea.In the part of the subject,I discuss the fact of the government and the publishing industry association.They form a labor division and cooperation of "small government,big association",and they manage the book publishing industry of South Korea commonly.In this part,I emphatically analyze the Ministry of Culture,Sports and Tourism which is the main administration department of the government and the main publishing industry association---taking South Korea Publishing Culture Association as an example.In the object part,it contains publishing houses,printing enterprises and bookstores.They are the main management objects of the government and publishing industry associations.I get the industry data from the official websites of the Ministry of Culture,Sports and Tourism and South Korea Bookstore Combination Federation,then I summarize and analyze the situation and the future trend of South Korea's publishing houses,printing enterprises and bookstores.Finally,in the part of operation mode,as the subject needs a certain operation mechanism to influence the object,namely the operation mode of South Korea's book publishing management system.The operation mode is mainly composed of the government's macro management,the association's medium management and the enterprise's micro management.Then,the article entered the stage of analysis and summary,I discuss the shortcomings of South Korea's book publishing management system.That's to say,the deficiency of South Korea's government,the problems existing in operation of associations,the defects of talents cultivation and the decreasing trend of the monopoly.What's more,I combine the experience of South Korea's book management system with the insufficiency part to draw the enlightenment to China.Our country should perfect the management system of book publishing,which needs to strengthen the construction of the publication law,improve the economic system,transfer the functions of the government,give full play to the role of the association and vigorously promote the national reading.In the conclusion part of this article,I carry on the overall review of the full text,sum up the research conclusion and contribution of this article,point out the research limitation,and make the outlook for the future research of South Korea's book management system.
