With the rapid development of my country’s economy,people’s living standards have generally improved,and the health level of national physical fitness has gradually become the focus of social attention.Young people are the hope and future of the motherland,and their physical health has also received the country’s attention.The physical health of young people studying in secondary vocational colleges has gradually received widespread attention.The physical education courses of secondary vocational schools are also an important part of the sports in Chinese schools.Insufficient exercises,multi-motion-faced exercises,and insufficient exercise of physical gesture,and the exercise of the physical gesture has failed to effectively improve the physical health level of secondary vocational students.In terms of physical forms,middle school students have increased height,but the rate of obesity continues to rise,and the physical fitness is the most obvious in terms of strength and speed.Functional training methods show a variety of characteristics,focusing on multi-joint,multi-angle and comprehensive training.In conjunction with the development of the physical health of secondary vocational students,this article explores the influence of functional training to the physical health of students’ physical health after introducing functional training into secondary vocational schools.It aims to use functional training methods to improve the physical health of secondary vocational students.This study adopts the Literature and Document Law,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,experimental law,and mathematical statistics.It randomly selects 2 classes from the 2019 students of the Huangpu Vocational and Technical School in Guangzhou.The groups are 44 people.For 12 weeks of teaching experiments,in the preparation and course training parts of the physical education class,the experimental group arranged functional exercise content,the control group conducted conventional practice content,and compared the experimental group and the control group itself,before and after the experiment and two groups,and the two groups.The results of physical health and functional action screening.The results of the study show that: 1.In various indicators of strength,speed,and flexibility,the experimental groups have significantly improved the scores of the control group(P<0.05).2.Among the 7 test indicators of functional action screening after experiments,the experimental group has significantly increased compared to the scores of the control group(P <0.05).3.In the various indicators of the physical morphology and cardiopulmonary endurance,the two groups did not significantly increase compared with(P> 0.05).Therefore,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Compared with conventional secondary vocational sports courses,the introduction of functional training methods to introduce middle-vocational physical education classrooms will help improve the strength,speed,and flexibility of secondary vocational students.2.Through functional action screening,it can be found that the introduction of functional training-based teaching methods to the introduction of secondary vocational sports classrooms can help improve the stability and balance of the physical body of secondary vocational students,and improve the quality of completing the basic movements of the human body.3.Middle-vocational physical education classes and conventional middle-vocational sports in the introduction of functional training are less improved on students’ physical composition(BMI)and lung volume.
