Research background:According to the results of selective examinatio n and review of students' physical health standards published by the Ministry of education in 2019.from 2016 to 2018.the failure rate of national students' physical health gradually decreased,the good rate and excellent rate gradually increased,the level of morphological development continued to improve,and the vital capacity index,strength quality and endurance quality also steadily improved,but the overall situat is not optimistic.obesity and overweight rate,near The visual detection rate is on the rise.The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to "strengthen physical education and extracurricular exercise to promote physical and mental health and physical fitness of young people".In order to further improve the physical health of students.some scholars put forward the physical training model of Chinese health physical education curriculum in each physical education class.Although this model has a good effect on improving,students' physical health,there arc many problcmss.On the one hand,the physical burden of each physical education class is relatively large,which is casy to produce sports fatigue,and can not be restored in time.Therefore,it is bound to affcct students' learning of follow-up courses;on the other hand,it is easy to destroy the integrity of physical education courses,so that students' learning of new sports skills can not be consolidated.Therefore,how to arrange physical training scientifically to improve students' physical health is an urgent problem.Research purpose:The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of different forms of physical training on students' physique and health,and to provide experimental basis for scientific arrangement of physical training in physical education.Research methods:In this study,three classes of eighth grade students in beizhou middle school in Yangzhou City were randomly divided into three groups:10 min physical intervention group.15 min physical intervention group and 30 min physical intervention group.In the 10 min physical intervention group.10 min physical training was arranged in each class of three physical education classes every week.In the 15 min physical intervention group,15 min physical training was arranged in two physical education classes every week.In the 30 min physical intervention group,30 min physical training was arranged in one physical education class of three physical education classes every week.The intensity and content of physical training and the total time of physical training every week are the same,but the arrangement of physical training time in each class is different,lasting for 12 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the physical fitness and health indexes of students,such as height,weight,vital capacity,1000(800)m running results,grip strength,supine and sitting up and sitting up,standing long jump,sitting forward and bending,are measured respectively.Research results(1)The results of height,weight,BMI,vital capacity,1000(800)m running performance,grip strength,sit ups,standing long jump and sitting forward flexion were significantly improved in the 10 min physical intervention group,15 min physical intervention group and 30 min physical intervention group(P=0.000).(2)There was no significant difference in height,body weight,BMI and sitting forward flexion between the 10 min physical intervention group,15 min physical intervention group and 30 min physical intervention group.The increase of vital capacity and grip strength in the 30 minute physical intervention group was significantly greater than that in the 10 minute physical intervention group(P=0.030,P=0.030),and the improvement of 1000(800)m running,standing long jump and sit ups was significantly greater than that in the 10 minute physical intervention group(P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.019)and 15 minute physical intervention group(P=0.044,P=0.026,P=0.020).Conclusion:(1)10 minutes physical intervention,15 minutes physical intervention and 30 minutes physical intervention can effectively improve the students' body shape and flexibility,but the three forms of physical intervention have no significant difference in the improvement of the students' body shape and flexibility.(2)10min physical intervention,15min physical intervention and 30min physical intervention can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and muscle function of students,and the effect of 30min physical intervention on improving students' lung capacity,cardiopulmonary endurance,muscle endurance and explosive force is significantly better than 10min physical intervention and 15min physical intervention.
