Under the great pressure of high school learning,it is very important for students to immerse themselves in biology rather than refuse biology learning.High school biology curriculum standards require teachers not only to use traditional teaching methods in teaching.In order to arouse students' interest in biology learning and promote the general development of students,Biology High School proposes the teaching method "little gentleman system".First,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on senior high school students and teachers who the author practiced,in order to understand their understanding of the "little gentleman system" and determine whether they are willing to use the "little gentleman system" for teaching.The survey results show that students have insufficient understanding of the "little gentleman system",are tired of the traditional teaching model,are eager to try a new teaching model,and teachers are skeptical about the implementation of the "little gentleman system".In order to solve these problems,the author conducted an experimental research for half a semester by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and practical research,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the "little gentleman system" teaching method in senior high school biology teaching.In the teaching practice,the author chose two classes in which she taught experimental classes at the same time,the traditional signal processing method is still used.Finally,the author evaluates the effect of the "little gentleman system".The other two groups of senior high schools were selected as the comparison class and continued to use the traditional teaching methods.At the end of the experiment,the author evaluated the impact of "little gentleman system" on biology classroom teaching in senior high school by investigating and comparing academic achievements and learning interests.In the classroom atmosphere,the experimental class becomes more active.In terms of learning enthusiasm,the students' interest in learning in the experimental class has improved significantly.The results of practical teaching show that the teaching mode of "little gentleman system" has fundamentally changed the role of teachers and students in the traditional teaching mode.Students can take the initiative to prepare lessons.Every student can be a teacher.Basically,students can be head teachers.So far,there are few case studies on "little gentleman system" biology teaching.The focus of this study is that there are a large number of experimental objects.Through a large number of examples,a series of results are obtained.But there are also some shortcomings.Due to short practice time,lack of practical experience and other sudden objective reasons,students can only adapt to the "little gentleman system" in class.The problems exposed by this teaching mode are not comprehensive enough.Teachers who really want to use the "little gentleman system" in the classroom must pay attention to respecting students' individual differences,give the "little gentleman" enough time and deeply explore the "little gentleman system",so as to enter the campus faster and better and play the role of innovative education.
