In this paper,after the use of physics textbooks published by People 's Education Press in 2019,the problems of insufficient understanding of new textbooks and inadequate adjustment of teaching philosophy in high school physics teaching,especially in mechanics experiment teaching,and the resulting lack of innovation in teaching methods,the lack of single dimension of teaching evaluation model,and the gap between the matching degree and the requirements of new textbooks are studied.Based on the comparison and analysis of the mechanics experiment of the old and new high school physics textbooks,combined with teacher interviews and student questionnaires,guided constructionist theory,Sachman 's scientific inquiry theory and STSE education thought,the optimization scheme of high school physics mechanics experiment teaching is proposed.The typical cases of the program are applied to my teaching practice.In the implementation process,through continuous reflection,improvement and improvement,it is found that teachers in the program have significantly improved students ' correct understanding of the relationship between science,technology,society and environment by changing teaching concepts,creating a student-centered,flexible,open and generative classroom.The use of situational teaching,heuristic teaching and other diversified teaching methods,the integration of sensor,computer and other information technology means can make the classroom become active,improve students ' cognition and inquiry ability of mechanical experiments and mechanical laws;a multi-dimensional experimental evaluation system with comprehensive evaluation and multiple subjects is established,and the application effect of the evaluation system is tested through classroom observation,teacher interviews and student interviews.The observation and interview results show that the participation of students in mechanical experiments is significantly improved.Teachers can also use this evaluation system to comprehensively and objectively understand the shortcomings in teaching,so as to improve teaching methods and enhance the ability of curriculum design and development.
